As Vice President of Brand, Innovation & Growth (B!G), Susan Fisher guides company strategy to facilitate long-term growth. She leads a diverse team to collaborate, iterate and ultimately advance the capabilities of the business.
Under her leadership, B!G team members use an incubation model to design, build, test and learn. In addition, they create platforms that build on existing assets and develop capabilities for future competitive advantage. Key deliverables include brand strategy, the innovation pipeline, data insights, and strategic growth priorities.
Traditional business functions represented in the B!G accelerator include brand management, research and development, business development and market research. Susan also oversees advanced analytics, strategic planning and the acquisition pipeline.
Since joining Delta Faucet Company in 2007, Susan has served in a number of roles including vice president of marketing. Throughout her professional career, she has developed advanced skills and expertise in a variety of roles and areas of focus, including marketing, merchandising, business development, and business and product management.
Outside of the office, Susan enjoys a variety of leisure activities, like participating in water sports of all kinds, and volunteering as a USA Swimming Technical Judge.
Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and speech communications from Ball State University, and enjoys serving as a guest lecturer in the MBA program at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
