In her role as vice president, retail, Pam Hoppel’s primary goals are to advance Delta Faucet Company’s vision and strategy while also leading the retail team’s overall activities. This includes new business development and sales through marketing, programs and strategic planning.
Pam works cross-functionally to fulfill Company goals and achieve breakthrough performance that delivers increased, above-market growth. In addition to P&L responsibilities, she maintains and enhances customer relations while increasing awareness for customer product and service needs.
Before joining DFC, Pam most recently served as president and general manager for Kidde, one of America’s largest manufacturers of smoke alarms and fire safety products, and a UTC Climate, Controls & Security brand. She held several previous leadership roles within UTC, including the executive director of product management for Carrier Corporation.
Pam holds a master’s degree in communication and a bachelor’s degree in English from Ball State University.
