Vice President, eCommerce
As vice president of eCommerce, Jill oversees Delta Faucet Company’s eCommerce team and brings more than 16 years of experience at DFC, most recently serving as vice president of Human Resources. Prior to that, Jill served in a variety of positions including leadership roles in program management and customer solutions. Before joining the organization, Jill spent several years in information technology consulting.
Her leadership of the eCommerce team finds Jill developing business opportunities and building new capabilities to enhance the consumer experience. In addition, her team focuses on increasing interconnectedness with traditional channels to ensure the business remains ahead of changing consumer and channel dynamics.
Jill holds a degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. She is Lean Six Sigma certified and is a graduate of the Masco Executive Leadership Development Program. In addition, she currently serves on the Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
