Vice President, Omnichannel
Having held an extensive array of positions within Delta Faucet Company since 2002, Jill Ehnes has been recently promoted to Vice President, Omnichannel, with the added responsibility for retail. In this expanded role, Jill’s focus is on developing an interconnected and decision-maker focused strategy to drive above market growth with DFC’s key retail and eCommerce customers.
Previously, Jill served as Vice President, eCommerce. In that role, she led the Kraus acquisition and also introduced Delta® branded sinks. She will continue to lead the Kraus business as well as maintain responsibility for growing interconnected business across retail and eCommerce.
Throughout her career at DFC, Jill has served in a wide variety of roles, including in the IS, product development, and customer solutions departments. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Human Resources from 2012 to 2019, where she designed and executed the DFC strategic planning process, developed and implemented the Company’s employer brand, and led human resources through significant transformation.
Jill holds a degree in business administration from the University of Kansas. She is Lean Six Sigma certified and is a graduate of the Masco Executive Leadership Development Program. She served on the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis Board of Directors from 2018 – 2021.
