As Vice President of Service Operations, Arunkumar (Arun) Iyer leads all manufacturing, supply chain and customer service activities for Delta Faucet Company, with a focus on creating an environment conducive to the development and support of high-performance individuals and teams across the organization. 

Most recently, Arun was Vice President of Operations at Colfax Business Systems (CBS), where he was responsible for value creation and delivering targeted cost savings, in addition to leading the COVID-19 response across the supply chain. He designed and executed a three-year business strategy, focusing on growth, delivering targeted cost savings, and sustaining improvements through the deployment of lean materials. Prior to his role at CBS, Arun held various leadership positions at Amazon, CNH Industrial, and Cummins, where he spent 12 years of his career.

Arun holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Bombay in Mumbai, India, a post graduate diploma in management finance and operations from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai, India, and an MBA in finance and supply chain from Michigan State University. Beyond his own extensive education, Arun is also a passionate educator, and serves as adjunct faculty at Indiana University.
