Delta® announces several additions to its popular Leland™ Collection at The 2006 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS). The stylish assortment of teapot styled faucets now includes more options for the bath, as well as the introduction of the affordable Leland pull-down kitchen faucet.

The Bath…

Broadening its well-received bath series, the Leland Collection has added a single-handle faucet and a mini-widespread option to the product line.

“The single-handle Leland lavatory serves as a traditional counterpart to today’s many contemporary single-handle options and offers a sought-after combination: the ease of single-handle functionality and casual styling,” said Adams. “The mini-widespread introduction further expands the series, giving homeowners an easy step into a more luxurious look.”

The single-handle lavatory can be installed in a single or three-hole application.  A riser model completes the offering, allowing for installation with popular vessel bowls and vanities, which adds a distinctive touch to the bath. The mini-widespread features Delta’s patented Quick-Snap® Technology for ease of installation. The new single-handle and mini-widespread lavatories, like all existing Leland faucets, are capable of thick-deck installation, allowing for an infinite number of choices in countertop materials, including fashionable granite.

These new additions round out the Leland Bath Collection which currently includes centerset, widespread, Roman tub, and Monitor® Series tub/shower options.

The Kitchen…

With pull-down/pull-out faucets in high demand today, the Leland pull-down is the perfect way to add extra functionality to the kitchen at a truly unexpected price.

“Delta is first to offer high-arc pull-down functionality at such an affordable price,” said Adams. “While the pull-out/pull-down category is the fastest growing faucet category today, the pull-down look and functionality have been reserved for luxury kitchen applications until now.”

Featuring a high-arc spout and two-function pull-down wand that switches from stream to spray with a simple twist, the kitchen faucet also includes Delta’s patented twist-and-lock docking mechanism, which holds the wand firmly in place when not in use.  The offering includes models with and without soap dispenser in Chrome and Brilliance® Stainless finishes.

With the addition of the Leland kitchen models, homeowners can enjoy Leland’s top-rated casual style throughout the home.

Finishing Touches

The entire Leland Bath Collection will now feature the extremely popular Venetian Bronze finish.

“Venetian Bronze works with the relaxed personality of the Leland styling, giving it a hint of individuality,” said Adams. “Delta’s Venetian Bronze finish is the most unique of all bronze offerings because of its hand-buffed nature, which makes every piece original.  It fits nicely with today’s causal and rustic trends.”

In addition to the newly added Venetian Bronze finish, the Leland Bath Collection is also available in Chrome and Brilliance® Stainless.
