1980s: Diversifying our Marketing Efforts
In the 1980s, Delta expanded its marketing efforts beyond plumbers and wholesalers, to include builders, architects, specifiers, interior designers, kitchen and bath designers and remodelers.
At the same time, Delta diversified its product lines to include commercial faucets, as well as color and specialty faucets. This included the introduction of the Signature™ line, which was the first domestically produced kitchen pull-out spray.
In 1987, Tract-Pack™, a bulk pack for multi-family and residential builder production, was introduced.
